BSC 2011 - Fundamentals of Biology II

Three hours lecture. Prerequisites: BSC 2010 and BSC 2010L with a grade of “C” or better.

Corequisites: BSC 2011L This course meets Area V requirements for the A.A./A.S. general education requirement. It is the second portion of a comprehensive study of the fundamentals of biology including; evolution, population genetics, phylogenetic systematics, form and function of bacteria, protists, fungi, plants, and animals, and ecology. This course is intended for science and science-related majors. Please note that students who withdraw from lecture or lab will be withdrawn from the appropriate co-requisite course.
