AML 2020 - American Literature II

Prerequisites: ENC 1101 and concurrent registration in or completion of ENC 1102 with a grade of “C” or better.

This course meets the Area IV requirement for A.A./A.S. general education requirements, and the 6,000-word Gordon requirement. This course begins in 1865 and explores literary Realism, Naturalism, Modernism, Post-Modernism, and selections from the western canon that continued the development of major American literature since 1865.
