NUR 2813 - Nursing Seminar

This course integrate advanced concepts of leadership and professional nursing practice in the care of individuals with complex health needs. Emphasis is placed on comprehensive assessment, advanced clinical judgment, prioritization of care, and evidence based decision-making to support safe and effective patient outcomes. Content includes delegation and evaluation, ethical and legal considerations, advocacy, and interdisciplinary collaboration in nursing practice. Application of healthcare technology and informatics, professional accountability, and adherence to regulatory standards are incorporated to support quality improvement and effective healthcare operations. Respect, responsiveness to patient acuity and clinical urgency, and the development of resilience are emphasized to promote a culture of excellence within diverse healthcare environments.
