EAP 0240 - Writing II

Three hours per week. Prerequisites: Concurrent registration in EAP 0200, EAP 0220 and EAP 0260 and/or successful completion of EAP 0200, EAP 0220 and EAP 0260.

Placement by ESL Accuplacer and writing sample. This is a high introductory-level writing course in which EAP students continue to develop their writing skills in the context of guided discourse on personal topics with an emphasis on logical thought and mechanics. A grade of “C” or better is necessary to move to EAP 0340 - Writing III.
