NUR 3145 - Pharmacology

Prerequisites: NUR 3805  or permission of BSN program director.

This course builds on the principles of pharmacology learned in the AS. Emphasis is placed on improving patient safety and quality outcomes related to pharmacological therapy. Nursing collaboration with the interdisciplinary team related to pharmacological therapy, ethical and legal concepts, and globalism related to pharmacology are also explored.
