MGF 1130 - Mathematical Thinking (3) (Credit Hours) (A.A.)
This course meets Area II Mathematics Category A of the A.A./A.S. general education requirements. This course fulfills the Gordon Rule of Computation Requirement (6A-10.030) and must be completed with a grade of C or higher. In this course, students will utilize multiple means of problem solving through student-centered mathematical exploration. The course is designed to teach students to think more effectively and increase their problem-solving ability through practical application and divergent thinking. Note(s): This course is appropriate for students in a wide range of disciplines/programs.
