This course is a study of the orderly flow of steps from start to finish in a construction project. The basic concepts and techniques of the PERT and CPM methods of network planning and scheduling are covered. This course develops the skills necessary to successfully apply the critical path method to the construction industry and answer the critical path problems found on the Florida State Certification Exam.
