BSC 1421 - Introduction to Biotechnology

This is a seminar series survey course that provides an introduction to the field of biotechnology, including current technologies, as well as the local biotechnology industry in Florida. The course will include an emphasis on current applications in medicine, agriculture, forensics, and the environment. Additionally, student will learn important career skills such as navigating the AS degree, and preparing for potential future internships. Additional special fees are required.
